Issue of NOTES-91#692 failed

/IRBIS, July 24, 02/ - Today the National Bank of Kazakhstan held auction on floatation of notes of 692nd issue with 91-day circulation term (KZW1KD916925) with the planned issue volume KZT500m and 50% limitation for non-competitive bids. According to the issuer's information, the issue has been declared invalid because of unsatisfactory price terms announced by dealers and their clients. [2002-07-24]
