/KASE, September 11, 2018/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the press release, which states as follows: quote JSC Halyk Bank reports that on 29 August 2018, JSC IC Kazkommerts-Policy and JSC Kazakhinstrakh signed the Transfer Certificate as of 29 August 2018. The mentioned Transfer Certificate represents the legal formalization of the transfer of all property, all rights and obligations of JSC Kazakhinstrakh under the voluntary reorganization of JSC IC Kazkommerts-Policy and JSC Kazakhinstrakh through the merger of JSC IC Kazkommerts-Policy into JSC Kazakhinstrakh. In accordance with the Shareholders' resolutions, 291,751 common shares of JSC Kazakhinstrakh were placed among the shareholders of JSC IC Kazkommerts-Policy in exchange for common shares of JSC IC Kazkommerts-Policy. Thus, the process of transferring all property, all rights and obligations of JSC IC Kazkommerts-Policy to JSC Kazakhinstrakh is completed.
