/KASE, August 28, 2018/ – Subsidiary company Aktobe-Temir-VS (Aktobe), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that
"on August 15, 2018 the Board of Managing Directors of Gemini Mining B.V. Company
made a decision to sell its 56,236 ordinary shares in its issued and current issue
at a price of $ 60,717."
