/KASE, August 27, 2018/ – As announced earlier, by the decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated August 24, 2018 common shares KZ1C53710014
(KZ1C00001593, LZGR) of Leasing Group (Almaty) were included in KASE official list
by category "shares" of alternative market.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into force on August 27, 2018 as
the said issuer has fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix
2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
