/KASE, August 24, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trades
in bonds KZP02Y05F570 (KZ2C00003994, KASE main market, category "bonds", SNRGb3)
of Samruk-Energy (Astana) will be resumed on KASE since August 25.
Trades in these bonds were suspended on KASE since July 27, 2018 in accordance with
decision of KASE's Board, according to which in case of adoption at the general meeting
of holders of the said bonds that will be heldon July 27, 2018, decisions on approval of
amendments to the issue prospectus of the said bonds, trades will be extended until
the day following date of receipt by KASE of relevant amendments to prospectus for
the issue of these bonds and confirmation from Central Securities Depository about
resumption in the system of its recording of their placement and circulation.
Trades in these bonds were resumed due to the receipt of KASE of the named
documents.
