/KASE, August 24, 2018/–Samruk-Energy (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE a copy of amendments and
additions to the prospectus of its bonds issue KZP02Y05F570 (KZ2C00003994, KASE
main market, category "bonds", SNRGb3; KZT1,000, KZT28.0 bn; September 14, 2017-
September 14, 2022; quarter coupon 12.50% APR; 30/360) registered by the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) on August 10, 2018
According to the mentioned changes and additions, the interest rate on these
bonds was changed from 12.50 to 11.50% APR.
