NC KTZh CJSC (Kazakhstan) informed KASE about second coupon payment on its bonds of second issue

/KASE, July 11, 02/ - Today National company Kazakhstan temir zholy (NC KTZh CJSC, Astana) informed KASE with official letter about payment of the second coupon on its bonds of the second issue (KZ2EUY03A368; "A" category official securities list at KASE, TMJLb2; $100, $30.0m; July 10, 01 - July 10, 04, semiannual coupon at 8.0% APR). It was informed that total sum of payment considering income taxes in payment source totaled KZT183,984,278.40 According to issue terms, interest payment is conducted twice a year - on Jan 10 and Jul 10. Kazregistr LLP maintains the register. Bonds are served at the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate on the date, previous to the payment date. Interest payment is made according to 360/30 time base (360 days in year, 30 days in month) to persons, who acquired securities not later than 30 days before payment date. [2002-07-11]
