According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C32600013 of the company makes up 100,000 units, preferred shares - 10,000 units; - 78,414 common shares of the company are outstanding, preferred shares have not been offered; - Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is VENUS AIRPORT INVESTMENTS B.V (Amsterdam, Netherlands).
