Schedule of events at corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from July 08 to July 14 of 2002

/IRBIS, July 05, 02/ - In the period from July 08 till July 14 of 2002 at Kazakhstan corporate debt market the following events will be held. July 08 - KazTransOil CJSC (Astana) has to pay the second coupon on its euronotes of the first issue (XS0132391938, "A" category official securities list; trade code - KZTOe1; $150.0m; July 06, 01 - July 06, 06; semiannual coupon 8.5% APR). In case if total debt is in circulation, amount of payment will total USD6,375 th. Payment date - July 06 - is a weekend. Thus, payment will be held on July 08, 2002. July 08 - RG Brands OJSC (Almaty) has to pay the third coupon on its bonds of the second issue (KZ72KAT51A39; "A" category official list at KASE, trade code - RGBRb2; $100, $4.0m; Jan 08, 01 - Jan 08, 03, semiannual coupon at 13.0% APR). In case if all bonds are in circulation, amount of payment will be equivalent to USD260 th. Bonds are served at the National Bank's rate of exchange, which is in effect on the date preceding the payment date. July 10 - KTZh CJSC (new abbreviation for RSE Kazakhstan temir zholy, Astana) has to pay the second coupon on its bonds of the second issue (KZ2EUY03A368; "A" category official list at KASE, trade code - TMJLb2; $100, $30.0m; Jul 10, 01 - Jul 10, 04, semiannual coupon at 8.0% APR). In case if all bonds are in circulation, amount of payment will be equivalent to USD1,200 th. Bonds are served at the National Bank's rate of exchange, which is in effect on the date preceding the payment date. July 13 - Payment date of BANK CASPIAN OJSC (Almaty) second coupon on its bonds of the first issue (KZ2CUY03A370; "A" category official list at KASE, trade code - CSBNb1; $100, $15.0m; Jul 13, 01 - Jul 13, 04, semiannual coupon at 9.5% APR). As July 13 is a weekend, interest will be paid on July 15. In case if all bonds are in circulation, amount of payment will be equivalent to USD712 th.
