/KASE, August 2, 18/ – Faeton Company (Аlmaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
August 1, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of Faeton Company's bonds KZP01Y07F486 (KZ2P00003874, KASE
alternative market, category "bonds", FATNb1) for period from May 25 to July 10, 2018
According to the letter provided, as of July 10, 2018, all of these bonds have
been placed.
