National Bank takes note of non-placement of Kazakhmys Copper shares during period from July 5, 2017 to January 5, 2018

/KASE, July 30, 2018/ – "Kazakhmys Copper" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of January 16, 2018 according to which: - The National Bank took note of non-placement of the Company’s shares during the period from July 5, 2017 to January 5, 2018; - as of January 5, 2018, the following shares of the Company remained unplaced: 34,972,000,000 ordinary shares.
