/KASE, July 27, 2018/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Аlmaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated July 23, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved
the report on the results of offering of Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage
Company’s bonds KZ2C0Y10F013 (KZ2C00003333, KASE main market, category "bonds",
KZIKb27) for the period from December 15, 2017 to June 15, 2018
According to the letter provided, as of June 15, 2018, a total 15,600,000,000
pieces of said bonds were not placed.
