/KASE, July 25, 2018/ – Pension Assets Investment Management Company
ZHETYSU (Аlmaty, hereinafter – company), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated July 11, 2018, according to which:
- the National Bank took note of non-placement of the Bank’s shares
during the period from December 24, 2017 to June 23, 2018;
- as of June 24, 2018, a total of 31,624 common shares of the Bank
remained unplaced.
