/KASE, July 10, 2018/ – Samruk-Energy (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2018. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C55410019 of the company makes up 8,602,187 units; - 5,601,687 common shares of the company are outstanding; - Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
