the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

Ratings dated July 5, 2013, the Company has confirmed the long-term and short-
term credit ratings at the level of "BB / B" and the national scale rating
"kzA". The outlook on the long-term rating is "Stable".
At the same time, we note that for the 1st bond issue (AGKK b4, NIN
KZP01Y09E709) and the 2nd bond issue (AGKK b5, KZP02M90E700) within the
2nd bond program of the Company, the ratings have been confirmed at a similar
level.
