According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C60420011 of the company makes up 35,000,000,000 units; - 28,000,000 common shares of the company are outstanding; - Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KCC B.V.
