/KASE, July 5, 2018/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose debt securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of July 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05340019 of the Сompany makes up 147,364,847 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 - 1,250 pieces; - 142,315,508 common shares and all preferred shares of the Company are outstanding; - the Company bought back 22,727,555 common shares; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is Samruk-Energy, who owns 119,589,203 shares of the Company (84.03% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company), including 119,587,953 common shares (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company) and 1,250 preferred shares of the Company (100.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the Company).
