According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C06320010 of the Сompany makes up 3,600,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the Company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares is LOTTE CORPORATION JSC, which owns 3,327,987 common shares of the Company (92.44% of the total number of the Company's outstanding shares).
