/KASE, July 4, 2018/ – Managing Company "RESPUBLIKA" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2018. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C55350017 of the company makes up 9,000,000 units; - 4,155,000 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 1,034,596 common shares; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is R.Isenov, owning 3,120,404 common shares of the company (75.10% of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 100.00% of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
