/KASE, June 22, 2018/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of
the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 19, 2018,
according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the
offering of bonds KZP01Y05E939 (KZ2C00003168, KASE main market, category "bonds",
EUBNb15) of the Eurasian Bank for the period from November 14, 2017 to May 13,
2018.
According to the letter provided as of May 14, 2018 a total of 122,614,293 pieces
of said bonds were placed.
