Bonds KZP01Y10F837 (KZ2С00004323, KZAGb6) of KazAgro National Management Holding underwent listing procedure on KASE main market’s "bonds" category

/KASE, June 22, 2018/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 22, 2018, bonds KZP01Y10F837 (KZ2С00004323; KZT1,000, KZT120.0 bn; 10 years; floating annual coupon, 30/360) of KazAgro National Management Holding (Astana) were included in KASE official list main market's "bonds" category. The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. This is the first issue within the second bond program of the KazAgro National Management Holding registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on June 6, 2018 for the total amount of KZT200.0bn and the 6th issue of "internal" bonds of this issuer, which have undergone listing on KASE. BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds. Tsesna Capital (Astana) is the financial advisor to the KazAgro National Management Holding. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) KZAGb6. More details of said bonds issue will be released on KASE website upon entry into force of the said decision of the Listing Commission.
