/KASE, June 21, 2018/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter
of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 15, 2018,
according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the
offering of bonds KZP02Y10E937 (KZ2C00003176, KASE main market, category "bonds",
EUBNb16) of Eurasian Bank for the period from November 14, 2017 to May 13, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review.
As of May 14, 2018, a total of 500,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
