/KASE, June 21, 2018/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated June 14, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank's bonds KZP02Y05C980
(KZ2C00002434, KASE main market, "bonds" category, ALBNb3) for the period from
November 5, 2017 to May 4, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of May 4, 2018, a total of 1,494,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
