/KASE, 19.06.18/ – "NC "Kazakhstan temir zholy" JSC (Astana, hereinafter –
company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the letter from the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated June 11, 2018 about
the following:
- National Bank approved the report on company's shares offering for the
period from October 02, 2017 to April 01, 2018;
- as of April 02, 2018, 496,157,572 ordinary shares of the company were
placed, its charter capital was formed in the amount of
KZT1,062,635,047,000.00.
