/KASE, 15.06.18/ – "Central Asian Electric Power Corporation" JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
provided KASE with a copy of the letter from the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) from June 11, 2018, according
to which the National Bank approved the report on placement of bonds
KZP01Y10E533 (KZ2C00002426, KASE main platform, "bonds" category, CAEPb1)
of "Central Asian Electric Power Corporation" JSC for the period from
November 07, 2017 to May 06, 2018.
According to the letter, 123,000 of the said bonds were not placed as
of May 06, 2018.
