/KASE, 15.06.18/ – Since June 15, 2018 the following futures with execution in
December 2018 have been opened at the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE):
- futures on the US dollar to tenge;
- futures on KASE index;
- futures on common shares GB00B0HZPV38 (official KASE list, second
category, GB_KZMS) KAZ Minerals PLC (London);
- futures on common shares KZ1C33870011 (KZ000A0LE0S4, official KASE
list, first category, HSBK) "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC
(Almaty);
- futures on common shares KZ1C59150017 (KZ1C00000876, official KASE
list, first category, KCEL) "Kcell" JSC (Almaty);
- futures on common shares KZ1C29950017 (KZ1C00000744, official KASE
list, first category, KZTO) "KazTransOil" JSC (Astana).
In KASE trading system those six-month contracts were assigned abbreviations
(tickers) F_USDKZT1812, F_INKASE1812, F_GB_KZMS1812, F_HSBK1812,
F_KCEL1812 and F_KZTO1812 consequently.
By the decision of the KASE Committee on Indices and Securities Valuation the
above-mentioned futures were assigned initial theoretical prices, which were
released in KASE trading system.
We remind that starting from June 15, 2018 futures F_USDKZT1809,
F_INKASE1809, F_GB_KZMS1809, F_HSBK1809, F_KCEL1809 and
F_KZTO1809 become three-month futures, the last trading day of which is
September 14, 2018.
The last day of trading in the six-month futures is December 14, 2018.
Trading in derivative financial instruments is held on KASE on business days
from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm (ALT), the ensuing clearing session – from 3:30 pm to
4:00 pm (ALT).
KASE derivatives market members entitled to taking part in the exchange trading
in derivative financial instruments are listed on KASE website, at
