/KASE, 13.06.18/ – "National company "Food contract corporation" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), provided KASE with a press release about the following:

As previously reported, within the framework of the Program for the Intervention
Purchase of Grain from Agricultural Producers, NC "Prodkorporatsiya" (Food
Corporation) purchased 261,000 tons of wheat for the amount of about 11 billion
tenge.
The purchase is carried out through the information system of grain receipts on
the Internet resource www.minagro.kz, which is developed and maintained by
Information and Registration Center JSC. This organization is also the operator
for the distribution of financial resources coming from the Prodcorporation as
part of the procurement.
In connection with the financial instability of Bank of Astana JSC, which serves
the Information and Registration Center JSC, 5 Agricultural Producers, which are
the participants of the program, could not receive money for the wheat sold by
the Food Corporation. The amount of the debt was 197 million tenge.
