Bank TuranAlem OJSC (Kazakhstan) finished the floatation of eurobonds of the 2ND issue

/IRBIS, June 4, 02/ - On May 31 of current year Bank TuranAlem OJSC (Almaty)
made a presentation due to ending of floatation of the 2nd issue eurobonds of
subsidiary TuranAlem Finance B.V. (Rotterdam, Netherlands) at the international
markets.

According to the information of Bank TuranAlem OJSC the issue is diversified as
follows: 34% of total issue volume were purchased by investment and insurance
funds of the USA, and also by assets management funds, approximately 5% were
distributed in Germany and Denmark, 15% - in the UK and Russia.
At present the bonds are included in the listing at Luxemburg stock exchange.
Bank TuranAlem is working on putting the debentures to internal market of
Kazakhstan.
