/KASE, May 30, 2018/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter in
quotes – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided the KASE with press release, which states as follows:

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of National Managing Holding
Baiterek JSC, hereinafter referred to as DBK, the Bank) has opened financing for
the construction of a 20 MW solar power plant in the Saryagash district of the
South Kazakhstan region (hereinafter referred to as the Project). The cost of the
Project is KZT13.2 bn., DBK lends KZT9,05 bn. for a period of 8 years to
EcoProTech-Astana LLP (EcoProTech-Astana). The participation of the borrower in
the financing of the Project will amount to KZT4.2 bn.
