/KASE, May 17, 2018/ – Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated May 11, 2018, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on the results of offering of Mortgage Organization
Kazakhstan Mortgage Company 's bonds KZ2C0Y08E218 (KZ2C00001741, KASE main market,
category "bonds", KZIKb23) for the period from October 3, 2017 to April 2, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review.
As of April 2, 2018, a total of 8,493,000,000 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
