listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided the following press

Given recent developments around the Bank of Astana including unexpected
liquidity outflow and restrictions introduced on May 2 on client’s cash withdrawal
operations, S&P Global Ratings lowered its long- and short-term issuer credit
ratings on the Bank of Astana to 'D/D' (default) from 'CCC/C'. Also, Kazakh
national scale rating on the bank was lowered to 'D'. We remind that earlier, on
April 24, 2018, S&P lowered bank’s rating to "CCC/C" from "В-/В" and and the
Kazakh national scale rating to "kzCCC+" from "kzB+".
