/KASE, May 5, 2018/ – Bank of Astana (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 27, 2018, according to which:
- the National Bank took note of non-placement of the Bank’s shares during the
period from September 17, 2017 to March 16, 2018;
- as of March 16, 2018, a total of 63,918,373 common shares of the Bank remained
unplaced.
