Common shares KZ1C32750016 (KZ1C00001551, JSCP) of Pension Assets Investment Management Company ZHETYSU underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "shares" of alternative market

/KASE, April 27, 2018/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of April 27, 2018, common shares KZ1C32750016 (ISIN – KZ1C00001551) of Pension Assets Investment Management Company ZHETYSU (Almaty, hereinafter, PAIMC Zhetysu) were included in KASE official list alternative market's category "shares". The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of share issue dated December 23, 2008, the issue of authorized shares of PAIMC Zhetysu was divided in 131,250 common shares which were assigned a national identification number KZ1C32750016. The issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities under No. A3275. BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the financial advisor to PAIMC Zhetysu. These bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) JSCP. Main activities of PAIMC Zhetysu are as follows: investment activities, project financing, marketing, management, franchising, management of commercial entities’ asset.
