/KASE, April 19, 2018/ – Bank of Astana (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated
April 11, 2018, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E863 (KZ2C00003085, KASE main market,
category "bonds", ABBNb1) of Bank of Astana for the period from July 28, 2017 to
January 27, 2018.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review.
As of January 27, 2018, a total of 10,091,293 pieces of said bonds remained
unplaced.
