/KASE, April 11, 2018/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE of the following:

... as a result of the public hearing on the EIA section to the project
"Modernization of CFP (compound fertilizers production) shop with the construction
of individual units" held on April 6, 2:30 p.m. at the following venue - the
Company’s conference hall, bldg. 150, industrial zone 6, Aktau - it was decided
to approve proposed EIA section.
