From April 9, 2002 KASE opens trades in promissory notes of SSGPO OJSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, Apr 9, 02/ - By the decision of the Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), from April 9, 2002 at the Exchange the trades in promissory notes of Sokolovsko-Sarbaiskoe gorno-obogatitelnoe proizvodstvennoe obiedinenie OJSC (SSGPO OJSC, Rudnyi, Kostanai region) will open. Based on internal document of KASE "Rules for making deals in promissory notes", which was approved by the decision of the Exchange council of February 8, 2002, SSGPO OJSC (trade code of the notes - N_SSGP) was admitted to the List of payers on promissory notes. Now, following companies have been entered into the List of payers on promissory notes at KASE: Kazakhtelecom OJSC (Astana, trade code - N_KZTK); NAC Kazatomprom (Almaty, code - N_KATP); Kazakhstan Temir Joly NSE (Astana, code - N_TMJL); KEGOC OJSC (Astana, code - N_KEGC). Trades in promissory notes are held at KASE from 11:30AM till 5:30PM of Almaty time on business days using the direct deals method. [2002-04-09]
