/KASE, February 7, 2018/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated January 31, 2018, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y10E531
(KZ2C00003291, KASE main market, category "bonds", CAEPb1) of Central Asian
Electric Power Corporation for the period from June 12 to November 13, 2017.
According to the letter provided, as of November 13, 2017, all of these bonds
have been placed.
