/KASE, February 5, 2018/ – Al Saqr Finance (Almaty, hereinafter – the company),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with copies of registered changes and additions to the issue
prospectus of its shares and a certificate of state registration of a securities
issue of October 26, 2017, replacing the one issued earlier.
According to said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes and additions to the company's shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
the company's authorized shares and was issued taking into account the
earlier issued 175,000 ordinary shares KZ1C43210018;
- the total number of the company's authorized ordinary shares KZ1C43210018
makes up 3,175,000 pieces;
- said shares issue was included in the State registry of serial securities
under No. А4321;
