Bonds KZP06Y10F513 (KZ2С00004190, BRKZb13) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, January 24, 2018/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 24, 2018, bonds KZP06Y10F513 (KZ2С00004190; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 10 years; semiannual coupon will be determined after first successful special trading session on offering bonds, 30/360) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana) were included in KASE official list main market's category "bonds". The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. This is the sixth issue within the fourth bond program of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on May 30, 2017 for a total of KZT150.0bn and the 13th issue of "internal" bonds of this issuer, which have undergone listing on KASE. Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty) is the representative of holders of said bonds. Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty) is the financial advisor to Development Bank of Kazakhstan. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BRKZb13.
