Schedule of events on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from March 25 through March 31, 2002

During the whole week in trade system of KASE there will be continued specialized trades on primary floatation of inscribed indexed non- subordinated bonds of SB Alfa-Bank OJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY06A497; official list of securities of KASE category "А", ALBNb1; 1.5bn tenge; 15,000 tenge; Feb 8,02 - Feb 28,08; semiannual coupon at 9.0% APR). Primary floatation will be held till April 19. On March 27 VALUT-TRANZIT BANK OJSC (Karaganda) pays out the first coupon on its non-subordinated bonds of first issue (KZ2CUY05A425; official list of KASE under category "А", VTBNb1; $100, $10.0m; Sep 27,01 - Sep 27,06, semiannual coupon at 11.5% APR). In case of all bonds outstanding amount of payment is an equivalent of USD575.0 th. at weighted average rate of KASE on date of payment.
