/KASE, January 16, 2018/ – As announced earlier, by the decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 27, 2017 ordinary shares
KZ1C60420011 (ISIN – KZ1C00001379) Kazakhmys Copper (Almaty) were included in
KASE official list by category "shares" of alternative market.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into force on January 16, 2018
as the said issuer has fulfilled the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of
appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
SkyBridge Invest (Almaty) will be a financial advisor of Kazakhmys Copper.
These shares were assigned abbreviations (tickers) KMCP.
