According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C48830018 of the Company makes up 502,040,458 pieces; - 496,157,572 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the Company is Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna.
