/KASE, January 11, 2018/ – Samruk-Energy (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of the Company's authorized common shares KZ1C55410019 makes up 8,602,187 units; - 5,601,687 common shares of the Company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the Company is the Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
