/KASE, January 9, 2018/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided an extract from its shareholder registers as of January 1, 2018 to KASE. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C47810011 of the Bank makes up 2,119,519 pieces; - 2,106,645 common shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the sole shareholder and the only entity holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the Bank is Baiterek National Managment Holding.
