Schedule of events on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from March 18 through March 24, 2002

/IRBIS, Mar 15, 02/ - For March 18 through March 24, 2002 following events will take place on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan at the Exchange. On March 18 in trade system of KASE there will be opened specialized trades on primary floatation of inscribed non-subordinated bonds of SB Alfa- Bank OJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY06A497; official list of securities of KASE category "А", ALBNb1; 1.5bn tenge; 15,000 tenge; Feb 8,02 - Feb 28,08; semiannual coupon at 9.0% APR). Primary floatation will be held till April 19. On March 23 the register of holders of first issue internal coupon bonds of KazTransOil CJSC (Astana; KZ73LAONAA35; official list of KASE under category "А", KZTOb; $100, $30.0m; Oct 23.01 - Oct 23.03, semiannual coupon at 9.0% APR) is fixed. The register is fixed for the third coupon. It means that from March 25 through April 23, 2002 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest.
