/KASE, January 3, 2018/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated December 26, 2017, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of offering bonds KZP01Y10E533
(KZ2C00002426, CAEPb1) of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation for the period
from May 7 to November 6, 2017.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of November 6, 2017, 43,238,170 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
