/KASE, December 14, 2017/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release:

Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of the Baiterek Holding,
hereinafter - the DBK, the Bank) has opened financing for construction of a 110
and 220 kV power transformers plant in Shymkent (hereinafter - the Project).
The cost of the Project, financed within the State Program for Industrial and
Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019, is KZT 17.9 bln.
The DBK provides a loan in the amount of KZT 8.7 bln for a period of up to 12
years to Asia Trafo LLP (a subsidiary of Alageum Electric JSC), the financing of
the Project at the expense of the company's own funds will amount to KZT 4.5 bln
