Kcell bonds KZP01Y03F725 (KZ2C00004208, KCELb1) underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, December 27, 2017/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 27, 2017 bonds KZP01Y03F725 (KZ2C00004208; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual coupon 11.50 p.a., 30/360) of Kcell (Almaty), were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced as soon as the issuer fulfills the terms set in item 1 of chapter 5 of appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of said bonds is a the first one under the first bond program of Kcell registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on December 12, 2017 to the total amount of KZT50.0 bn. Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty) is the bondholders' representative. Tengri Capital MB (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Kcell.
