Resolution about NC Kazmunaigas

/IRBIS, Mar 5, 02/ - The Government of Kazakhstan adopted a resolution about measures of realization of the state head's decree on creation of national company Kazmunaigas, it was informed to KZ-today agency by the press secretary of the Prime Minister of the RK Murat Buldekbaev. The resolution, in particular, defines NC Kazmunaigas as plenipotentiary body on representing the state interests in production sharing contract (PSC) on North Caspian and also in ultimate production sharing contract of Karachaganak oil and gas condensate filed. The Ministry of energy and mineral resources was charged with introduction of corresponding changes into production sharing contracts and giving to NC Kazmunaigas all documents relating to PSC, necessary to functioning of plenipotentiary body. The governmental resolution also determined that a formation of authorized capital of NC Kazmunaigas CJSC would be through transfer of state blocks of shares and other property of two national companies in the form of CJSC - Kazakhoil and Oil and Gas Transportation. NC Kazmunaigas by governmental resolution also was charged with consolidation of organizations' assets, shares and stakes of participation of which are under ownership and\or management of being reorganized CJSC. There was determined also a composition of the board of directors of NC Kazmunaigas that includes Uzakbai Karabalin - vice-premier of the Ministry of energy and mineral resources, Alexander Andryushenko - the first vice- premier of the Ministry of trade and economy, Abdukalyk Nalibaev - Deputy head of the Committee of state property and privatization of the Ministry of finance, Lyazzat Kiinov - the president of NC Kazmunaigas CJSC.
