Monetary mass (M3) in Kazakhstan as of January 1, 2002 - KZT569.1bn

/REUTERS, Almaty, Feb 18, 02/ - REUTERS informs, with the reference to the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan, that as of January 1, 2002 monetary mass (M3) increased to KZT569.1bn from KZT380.7bn on similar date of 2001. By the end of December the proportion of cash within total monetary mass is said to have decreased by 0.7% in comparison with that of November. It is also said that KZT18.4 was issued into the circulation in December of 2001.
